Delivery within Singapore is free unless otherwise stated. When placing your order, please identify the date on which your order is to be delivered. Same day deliveries are accepted, but please refer to the following delivery schedule for specifics:

For delivery after 10pm, to allow sufficient time for preparation, orders have to be made latest by 5.00pm on the same day. Some items may require longer preparation time and delivery will be made later than the schedule above. This is to ensure freshness and quality of flowers delivered to you. Earliest delivery schedule are shown when you are browsing through our huge range of products.
Additional Delivery Charges
Delivery is free for between 9:00am – 5:30pm, otherwise there will be a delivery charge of SGD$30 for timing between 5:30pm – 11:00pm , SGD$50 for timing between 11:00pm – 09:00am (next day morning). Additional charges will be reflected during Checkout.
We may include a small nominal or postage fee during peak period , like Valentine’s Day.
Express Delivery
Please call us at 97566316 if you require us to deliver at a specific time (e.g. 4pm) or within a very short time frame (e.g. 1 hr after order). The additional charge for Express Delivery is SGD$30. We reserved the right to turn down requests as this is subjected to availability of delivery drivers.
Handling Postage
Please be informed that there will be a Handling Postage during Festive Seasons and Valentine Day.
There will be No Handling Postage during off seasons or off peak periods. We reserve the rights to define Festive Seasons based on our discretions.
Non-Delivery
Helloflorist.com will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:
- The recipient is not present at the given address within the hours which delivery was requested to take place.
- The given address was incorrect.
- There is no such person (recipient) at the given address.
- There is no valid contact number given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient for successful delivery of the order.
Substitution
Substitution of items such as baskets, soft toys and vases may be necessary to ensure the timely delivery of your orders. Our professional florists will substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. Due to seasonal supplies, availability of some flowers may be limited. In cases of such nature, substitutions may be made. Our professional florists will ensure that the “look and feel” of the order arrangement is maintained, making every effort to take into consideration the shape, size, style and color combinations. In single variety arrangements, variety takes precedence over color. |
