1) Kindly note that due to the balloon material being very, very thin, it will leak easily if it is being poked by any tiny sharp object. Our company will not be held responsible for any Misuse or Mishandling of products leading to the products being leaked or burst once it has been delivered. It will be deemed non-returnable and non-exchangeable and no refunds will be given. In the event, the balloon burst or leak during delivery, we will only make refund based on the number of balloon that has burst, we will not do any re-delivery of Burst Balloon.
2) Due to the hot weather in Singapore, the Helium Gas inside the balloon expands a lot when the balloon is taken from a cool area to a hot area. As we have encountered many experiences of balloon bursting under such situation, we will not inflate the balloon to full when delivering. As such, the balloon may look flat and wrinkled due to it not being fully inflated.
Kindly take note of the above as we have received many complains from recipient because they do not understand our difficulty of delivery balloons.
